Needless to say, that there's no access to the data, till the store receives the physical opportunity to read the information. As a rule, recovering the data from such HDD is possible only after eliminating the defects, often by replacing the most sensitive details-the magnetic heads unit. One of the each ten stores needs complete replacement of the disks to another store. All these operations require professionalism and much time. And if the work is done not in the “clean room”,then the more time it takes, the more dust, wet and other foreign objects will get inside the hermoblock of the HDD. You cannot notice such dirt without microscope?but the effect of the running the dirty NDD often happens to be lethal for the data saved on it. That is why we built and started up our Data Recovery Center specialized clean rooms.
on photos: view of clean room workplace “Clean Room” is a special engineering structure, where air circulation and special micro climate are created. Rate100 for the “clean room”0 means that there are not more 100 dust specks sized 0.5 nanomicron in the square foot of air in this room. Surely, filtration and recirculation of the clean air are not enough for reaching such degree of cleanness. To provide maximum safety of the store during the work, our specialists use dust-free dungarees, respirator and latex gloves. The “clean room” itself is equipped with dust-free furniture and finishing agents. all these measures are taken for the most safe and complete recovery of the Client's data. “clean room” allows to unseal the stores and perform operations of any difficulty inside the hermozone of the HDD. Today stores have a very high density of the information's recording on the surface, that's why any obstacle, for example a dust speck can damage the recording magnetic surface. It may seem that one dust speck cannot damage the metal magnetic surface. But remember that the rate of rotation inside the hermoblock is at the average 7200 revolutions per minute. Moving at such speed the surface meets with a dust speck. The stroke turns out to be strong in spite if the dust's tiny weight. A bit of metal is breaking off the surface and with the dust bounce to the cover of the store.
on photos: result of data recovery attempts WITHOUT clean room Then they fall together on the surface. The obtained avalanche-like effect of the dirt's increasing scratches the surface. Such scratches mean irretrievable loss of the information, for the magnetic heads of the store cannot read the damaged sector. As a rule it happens just like in the photo below. In such cases even we cannot recover the Client's data. The “heart” of five-sectioned structure is the “clean room” itself. Only a limited number of specialists has access to this section. Purified air is input steadily over the whole ceiling's area. It is made in order for the air stream not to create any backwashes and not to raise any additional dust. In order to prevent penetration of any dust from outside because of the doors being opened, an easy and efficient method is used: the purified air not only circulate within the “clean room”, but an additional stream of filtered air is pressurized into it. thus the air pressure inside the room is higher than outside, and when the door is open,the dusted air cannot get inside,for it is driven out by the stream of filtered air. These and many other details of keeping cleanness allow our specialists to work in conditions,necessary for the successful data recovery.
